Check Your backup logs every day!!!

BSSI isn't responsible for your backups only the backup hardware. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the backups are working!!!

On windows systems BSSI creates a shortcut on the server desktop pointing to the log files.
On Linux systems BSSI creates a folder called report or reports on the network drive.

If there are any errors in the log files or anything you don't understand please call us. We are more than happy to assist explaining the content of the log files.
